Fixed an issue preventing users from entering local play match if booting game without internet connection
Fixed an issue of players being kicked to ghost lobby then start screen with “Lost connection to host” message after Public matches
Fixed an issue of showing black screen when host leaves match
Fixed an issue where players who are not the host see black and screen and no AAR between matches
General Leaderboard fixes and improvements
Fixed an issue of 2XP not being granted when indicated, sometimes granted 3XP
Fixed HQ progression exploits (Patched Prestige Glitch)
Fixed an issue preventing Scorestreak Training from functioning due to Custom Match settings applied prior
Fixed an issue user from backing out into HQ if user accepts an invite to a lobby while in Scorestreak Training

All the watch dogs eboot resources like on youtube and everything its always a mediafire link and it has been removed and i can't find any other links that work for a eboot for watch dogs for the bles all i can find it rtm tools thats the only thing else and i use that but most of the time i use that it freezes my ps3 so im trying to find a eboot with all of it on it so if anyone could show me where i could maybe find one be helpful.

Ok so i test the glitch on an account when the glitch was working from prestige 3 i did it too prestige 5. the account has been banned for 2 days and level fresh reset will occur. thought i would share for anyone who might have done it. apparently after u are allowed back in there will be a month playlist where you will only be able to play the map cannon.
