Rumour: CCAPI.dll contains CID stealer?

Now this is only a rumour that I've heard on a couple of other forums. It may or may not be true but if there was some clarity about this it would be reassuring.

I'll try and find out more information about this but if it happens to be true, a lot of people's CIDs may have already stolen.
