Alright my fellow ios7 community I have found a source that has been updated with ios7 cydia to work for in-app purchases. The source is http://system.in-appstore.com/repo/ and when you download the source get locallappstore and restart springboard. Then go to your setting and enable it and enable generate custom receipts. Please thanks and rep if works and post games that work for others to know thank you :D:D
