I have here the save for "And I Ran...", just load the save and it should pop on load (tested by me), I've uploaded both PROFILE and SAVEDATA but I assume you only need the PROFILE data for this to work, (my savedata is a 100% DLC save too so it should pop some DLC trophies as a bonus [DLC not tested])
