How i got 1.03 working 4.46 dex

If by chance you have any problems follow this it works for me. ( Must know how to unpack the 1.03.PKG ) on your computer

step1. Install the unlocked full version of this game which is 1.01 ( DO NOT change anything in it once installed )

Step2.Copy (NPUB31419-Minecraft) into your dev_hdd0/GAMES folder From this tutorial [Tutorial] How to Use Debug Eboot without Error 80029530 ( ONLY COPY THIS ONE FOLDER ) this is to play from MM or PS3ita.

Step3. Now you want to unpack the 1.03 original update on your PC.

Step4. Download the file Creepz has provided at here. Minecraft 1.03 Debug eboot

Step5. Use FTP or Filezilla to replace the 1.02 EBOOT.BIN in the dev_hdd0/GAMES/NPUB31419-[Minecraft]/PS3_GAME/USRDIR That Creepz has provided.

Step6. Edit the 1.03 PARAM.SFO Target ver. to 1.01 leave everything else alone. Save it and then place into the
dev_hdd0/GAMES/NPUB31419-[Minecraft]/PS3_GAME over the old 1.02 PARAM.SFO

Step7. Replace the MediaPS3.arc in the Media folder. with the 1.03 version.

DO NOT REPLACE THE PS3LOGO.DAT or ICON0.PNG

I kept getting need to update system software over and over and this worked for me had it working 20 minutes after the new 1.03 update.
