Downgrade question.

I recently got my 60gb FAT PS3 (CECHG) fixed, and they replaced the motherboard with a new one. Im not sure what type of motherboard it is. is there anyway i can tell what motherboard it is so i can figure out if i can downgrade and what to use? I dont want to think i have a CECHG and use Progskeet when i possibly have a NOR chip and i can use the E3 Flasher lol.

I got it fixed so i can jailbreak it, but now im stuck figuring out what I Have.
