OFW: Is there a good tutorial on how to change gamesave regions for OFW users?

I don't have Xploder or anything else.

This site is awesome, I signed up yesterday and found this board so helpful. I appreciate the members and moderators work on this board.

But I have a question, sometimes there is a gamesave for Region 1 and not for Region 2. If I had a Region 2 game but only found a Region 1 gamesave on this board. Is there a way to change the gamesave region without using Xploder?
