Wrong format of EID key file?

I have been on 4.21 rebug and converted to DEX but I am trying to go on 4.46 REX but when I try to convert to dex it says wrong format of eid key file 48 bytes expected in CMD. I have tried going to folder options and ticking hide file extensions. But it's still saying it? :/
