Buying someones service

I am looking to have someone make a modded EDAT for me. I could do it myself but would rather just pay someone a few dollars to mod it for me. all I want is the weapons. no vehicle mods. I want the beach dat to be modded so when I get in the bifta it gives me the taser and all the other weapons all the other peoples edats give... just without the modded cars... that shit is actually annoying having no control of the cars and sliding all over the place.

has to be with the beach edat because I already have a fixed up business edat and I want to keep it.
