This method is not mine, I found it while searching what 'the deal' was with this car that I found in the code. I do not remember where I saw it though so I apologise for not giving credit.
To get the car just follow these steps.
You do not get a paint chip so the colour is exclusive to this car.
This will probably be patched with the 1.06 update so get them while they're hot, or frozen in this case.

- Make sure you have some money to buy cars with.
- Delete the game data installed on your PS3 with the 'Game Data Tool' (Not the save data)
- Start GT6 and let it install the updates to 1.05.
- Disconnect your PS3 from the internet.
- Do NOT do the in game updates.
- Go to the BMW dealership and buy as many Frozen Black M4 Coupes as you care for.
- Reconnect to the internet.
- Let the in game updates install.
