DEX help

Hey guys, im am currently on rogero 4.50 CEX however i am considering going to ps3ita 4.50 DEX.
however am i able to backup games on DEX? and what will happen to the games that i already have backed up on multiman at the moment on my CEX??

if you no a better firmware then ps3ita 4.50 please tell me and tell me why.
