cant connect tools

after running tools all day on gtaV i went off and came back on and nothing will connect anymore...wtf
i installed ccapi 2.50 and took off the 2.00 that i was using...i can connect to ps3 with console manager no problem but i dont have a clue as to why no tools are connecting anymore. rebug 4.46 dex
