Need Some Help

Alright, so here's what happened (judgement is fine, I really don't give a rat's ass how you feel about me, I fucked up and I'm paying for it), back in February, I cheated on my girlfriend through phone sex. After she confronted me, I lied to her for most of that day. She had clear evidence that I did in fact make the phone call, but I continued to lie. After about 7 or 8 hours of consistent lying, I told her the truth. She was extremely hurt and all of our trust was lost. After things continued to get a little better, I screwed up and make an inappropriate comment to another girl, with intentions to start something..there's is a lot wrong with me. Today, her and I are back together and I am going to therapy to continue being better. Since February, I haven't lied to my girl or anyone for that matter and I even promised her I wouldn't watch porn or fap or even talk to any girls at all. Now, she did say the no fapping thing was a bit much, so I whack it, but not often, and never with porn. I'm a pretty fucked up guy and I know those who actually know me and have known me for years are going to look at this in awe and probably be disgusted by me; that's okay, I am disgusting and I as a person am not disgusting, but the choices I have made are. So I am choosing to be better and stay better, for my own benefit and for my girlfriend's. If you read this, I appreciate you taking the time to read it.
