New Thermal Paste, Still YLOD?!

Why does this still happen to me, I applied new thermal paste but still i get yold, like nothing has been changed

I used: Cooler Master High Performance

Do you guys have some tips to help me (exept contol fan utility)

Because i want to play without this control fan stuff

But the real question is WHY I still get YLOD fter Thermal Paste replacement?
