[1.13][DEX/CEX] GTA 5 Cash/XP Tool by RaffyHack

1.Set the money/xp you currently have and search first offset
2.The program will stop responding and after its done get some money/xp in game
3.set the new value in cext offset and search again
4.After it found the offset just set the amount of money/xp you want and press Set the Cash/XP

1.Set the money with the tool
2.Go into a shop and steal their money
3.enjoy!
