Question I just downloaded 4.46 Rex rebug

1 why is someone telling me that I should have went to 4.21 first before going to 4.46
2. I downloaded latest version of multiman is that ok even If it's 4.50 something
I also can connect online with the spoofer but have not researched private I'd yet
