Okay so firstly, not sure if it right putting it in here or the general section, so move if its wrong here.
Was playing at least 20 minutes ago and was in a public session changing my friends plate using the mod menu. Wasn't harming no one for them to report me or know i was modding in that session. anyways after about 5 mins of changing my mates car this error popped up.

ACCORDING TOO MANY USERS REPLYING, IT IS MAYBE JUST AN ERROR DUE TO ROCKSTARS MAINTENANCE
