Iphone Troubles

So my dumbass jumped into the pool with my iphone.

and i did the rice trick to get it working again but it is so buggy now.

It crashes and restarts every 5 minutes.
Batter percentage is stuck at 62 percent no matter what.

I want to restore , might fix some problems but i dont have time because the phone restarts and crashes to often for it to complete.

I cant even put it in DFU mode since my power button is unresponsive.

Seems like im fucked but idk lol

any ideas?
