As i am having a bad day i would like to share with you this links:
I am doing a bike ride from London to Paris - London to Paris
Me and my girlfriend are considering "Psyhosis" mental illness as firstly i have been diagnosed with it for 2 months now.. I am mean't to take tablets but its personally its best not too.
Why?
Well the 50 milligram tablets knock me out. Really makes me tired and doesnt get me in the mood to do anything.
Secondly i get even more angry if i take the tablets and then 1 day not take them. Obvs im scared as i dont want this to affect my relationship with my girlfriend. I know it wont as i have it under control most of the time.

Lastly i would like your comments on how you deal with any mental illness you may have or any family and friends that suffer from it?
Please tell me all you can as i want to raise money for a charity not heard of.
