Hey guys ! Im new to this modding GTA stuff and i researched like for 2 long days and finally got an idea with using rtm tools ! I have a couple of rtm tools where there is a term called "FIND OFFSETS" What does this mean and how does it work ?
Another question is about a file called "EBOOT" I saw in some tutorials they replace the "EBOOT" file (downloaded in the tool" in some kind of game folder from file manager ! And i recently downloaded some tools where i didnt get the "EBOOT" file ! There is just an exe file which triggers the rtm tool !
Can sommeone help me with this thing ?
