Sony President Shuhei Yoshida has just confirmed that Playstation 4 gamers won't be able to stream game on to PS VITA while Netflix is running and more then likely any other service like this.
Time will tell when we get our hands on it and test what it can and cant do fully!
In addition to this, Shuhei Yoshida also confirmed that there won't be any need to install disc games onto the HDD in order to play them.

Just incase anyone was wondering, I didnt even think about running other things on my ps4 while streaming, I'm glad its been cleared up though.
