anyone able to verify the update kingcreek posted here?

It says 4.46 but it appears to be OFW not CFW. I cant seem to downgrade with 999 it says data is corrupted. PLEASE dont tell me I just paid to have my system flashed only to have someone link me OFW 4.46 :/
