Hello NGU. I just recently found this video on YouTube for a glitch to get a Cargobob into your garage and insure it. I obviously didn't find this glitch, but I think it's an awesome glitch/walkthrough since you can't get this vehicle through any normal means(which I find really stupid). Only catch is you have to have someone level 22-30 to spawn it up for you unfortunately. :(
